Thursday, July 22nd
Georgia Middleman
and Byron Hill

Georgia Middleman
After moving to Nashville to pursue songwriting, she eventually landed a staff writer position at PolyGram Music and a recording contract with Giant Records. Her album "Endless Possibilities" was released just as Giant's doors were being shuttered. Undaunted, Georgia continued to concentrate on her songwriting - both for herself and for other artists. Faith Hill, Martina McBride, Terri Clark, Joe Nichols, Tracy Lawrence, and others have recorded Georgia's songs.

A versatile and dynamic performer, the requests she receives for her songs led her to record and release her second album under her own independent label. Enlisting friend and co-writer Radney Foster as producer, Georgia's new CD "Unchanged" is raw and organic, and reflects her true personality and compelling live performances.

Byron Hill
Some of Byron's best known hits are "Out Of Your Mind" by Joe Sun, "Pickin' Up Strangers" by Johnny Lee, "Fool Hearted Memory" by George Strait, "Nights" by Ed Bruce, "The Pages Of My Mind" by Ray Charles, "Born Country" by Alabama, "Alright Already" by Larry Stewart, "Lifestyles Of The Not So Rich And Famous" by Tracy Byrd, "High-Tech Redneck" by George Jones, "Over You" by Anne Murray, "If I Was A Drinkin' Man" by Neal McCoy, "Politics, Religion And Her" by Sammy Kershaw, "The Strong One" by Mila Mason, "Nothing On But The Radio" by Gary Allan, "Size Matters" by Joe Nichols, and several top-10 hits in Canada by Gil Grand including "Famous First Words", and by CCMA Award winning Canadian artist Gord Bamford including "Life Is Good", "I Would For You", "We're All Cowboys", "Blame It On That Red Dress", "Stayed Til Two", "Postcard From Pasadena", and "Drinkin' Buddy".

Thursday, August 26th
Linda Davis and Friends

Labeled a 'song stylist', Davis' unique ability to interpret a song soon made her one of the most sought after session singers in Nashville. She caught the attention of label executives and landed her first record deal with CBS/Epic Records. Davis quickly gained a legion of friends and fans in the music industry, one being superstar Reba McEntire. "The first time I heard Linda sing was in 1989 when I was listening to songs for my next album. I kept hearing this one particular female vocalist on the demos that just blew me away. It had been a long time since a voice had moved me that way and I just had to find out who she was." McEntire loved Davis' music so much that she invited her to become a featured entertainer on tour with her. Their mutual respect led them into the studio together where they recorded a duet entitled Does He Love You that went on to become a #1 hit and earn both artists several awards including a Grammy for Best Country Vocal Collaboration.

Through the years, Davis has played to sold-out crowds with the likes of Garth Brooks, George Strait, Reba McEntire and Kenny Rogers just to name a few. Kenny Rogers, a long-time friend and fan proclaims, "In this business, there are people who can sing and there are singers. Linda Davis is absolutely one of the best singers in the business. I defy you to find anyone who's ever worked with her or heard her sing to disagree with that statement. She is the best."
